BestCare for a Lifetime^sm is the vision Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center embraces to achieve the perfect patient and family experience through a patient-centered continuum of comprehensive, quality services.

How It Started 

Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center recently adopted a Five-Year Strategic Plan designed to respond to the healthcare challenges and opportunities confronting us today.

Implementation of this plan comes at a critical time in our ever-changing, fast-accelerating world of healthcare. In response to these changes, our new Strategic Plan is sweeping in its vision and ambitions.

It took 12 months to develop this plan, a vision shaped by key stakeholders and community groups who met to create and then articulate Saint Francis’ new vision. Following thorough and thoughtful assessments, they measured the Hospital against impending reforms and charted a clear direction for the future.

The result is a patient-centered model of care designed to produce the perfect patient experience of the highest measurable quality for the community we serve.
